Hey everyone, so this was my first-ever project. It was the first time I made a website. I made this project for a purpose. Actually, I participated in Scaler X Google for Startups in December 2025, so this is where they taught about tools of Google, how to use them, how to participate, yada yada.

I participated, attended all the lectures, and made this website. It's not working now, I revoked all the keys and authentication is also not good, you can say this is my most shit work in startup world because it was first time.

So, Scaler gave the participants a task to make a website using Google AI Studio, so I decided to make an AI-Powered Study Companion, and yeah, it's not the thing I should have built.

I submitted this project, and after a few days, they rejected me from the final. And I've learned a few things.

• I focused on the polishing part instead of focusing on the problem. I setup, domain, make it beautiful website.
• The lesson is I should have focused on the problem instead of creating a problem that didn't exist. My solution was generic, and the problem was not concrete enough.
• I focused on the authentication too much, like, why? Who cares about authentication, it's a crappy project. And honestly, Google AI Studio is pretty bad at auth-related work, and it wastes a LOT of time on authentication. I should have focused on something else.
• I also changed the domain to smth professional, because Vercel gives a normal random domain, and I set that up too. Means total perfectionism.

So, after this first project, I've already learned a LOT, and I got a certificate from Scaler that is useless, honestly. But it was fun and cool.
