Turn raw customer feedback (app reviews, support tickets, surveys) into a 2-page Decision Brief

This was another project, and I started it just after Campus Copilot project. This was also raw, and it was slightly better than Campus Copilot because, of course, I was learning and I'm still learning, so I have some basic knowledge about how to do things.

And the name and the idea were again from ChatGPT. Yeah, I relied too much on ChatGPT back then, but I get why my projects didn't work: not because ChatGPT gave the wrong idea, but because I should use it as an assistant, not someone who is always correct. This is just a tool.

In this project, it's just early-stage founders deal with massive unstructured feedbacks from app reviews or support tickets, my job was to take the feedback from them, and turn that thing into a decision brief. And this was dependent on AI for structuring and other things. I had some prompts, and I cross-checked them for accuracy. It just works on a Tally form and UPI QR code for payments, and I also had a website, but it was just a Notion template connected to the Notion starter kit, so not a real, polished website. And it also didn't make any money. Also, I wasted a lot of time tweaking the ToS, privacy policy, and refund policy. I didn't even focus on distribution; I thought that this page copy needed to be fixed, and I didn't do any distribution, and I'm wondering why nobody is filling out the form, like it was stupid, honestly.

But it taught me that distribution is very important, and in the next project, which was KeelStack v1.0, I did distribution, but KeelStack v1.0 didn't work due to PMF, and yeah, I was upset because I worked almost 40 days on it and it ended like it never existed.
